Astro Blaster

About Astro Blaster

Astro Blaster is a top-down space shooter. You control a single fighter at the bottom of the screen while enemies and asteroids pour down from above.

Waves get denser and faster as you survive. Shooting enemies occasionally drops a weapon upgrade — a spread shot, a rapid-fire cannon or a temporary shield.

How to play

  1. Move your ship to dodge enemy fire and falling rocks.
  2. Hold Space to keep firing — there is no ammo limit.
  3. Large asteroids split into smaller ones when shot.
  4. You have three lives. Colliding with anything hostile costs one.

Tips & strategy

  • Stay mobile. A stationary ship at the bottom of the screen is an easy target.
  • Clear the small fast enemies first; the big slow ones are easier to dodge.
  • Grab shields even at full health — they absorb one hit each.

Astro Blaster — frequently asked questions

Can I play with a touchscreen?

Yes — drag anywhere on the playfield to move, and the ship fires automatically.

Do waves ever stop?

No, they keep escalating. The game is a survival score chase.
