Our position
Every game, tool and article on this site is created by us. We do not host user-uploaded content and we do not embed games supplied by third parties. If you nevertheless believe something here infringes a copyright you own or control, we want to hear about it and will act promptly.
Submitting a notice
Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright complaint”. To be effective, it must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this site of the material you claim is infringing, in enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge complete notices within a few business days. Where a notice appears valid, we will remove or disable access to the material promptly while we investigate.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
Misuse
Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please make sure the material really is infringing before submitting a notice.

Some games on this site belong to genres popularised by well-known commercial titles. Where we describe a genre we use ordinary descriptive language, and any trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. If you believe a specific description creates confusion about affiliation, contact us and we will review the wording.
