Privacy policy

TechPixelly (https://techpixelly.com) is a directory site. It is deliberately boring about data: there are no accounts, no logins, and no tracking profiles.

What we collect

• Submission form. If you submit a tool, we receive the name, URL, description, category, tier and the email address you type. We use it to review the listing and reply to you. Nothing else.
• Aggregate analytics. Page views and referrers, counted without cookies and without building a profile of you. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention. These rotate out automatically.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, passwords or payment details are handled on this site.
• No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels.
• We do not sell or rent personal data. There is no data to sell.

Third parties

Site hosting and aggregate analytics are provided by Vercel. Tool icons are loaded from Google's public favicon endpoint, which means Google sees the request for that icon. Email replies to submissions are sent through our email provider. Outbound links take you to third parties whose own policies then apply.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Since the only personal data we store is what you typed into the submission form, deletion is usually immediate. If you're in the UK, EU or California, you have statutory rights to access and erasure and we'll honour them without making you cite the law.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Contact: [email protected].
